Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Accessories provides stainless steel Multi-layer Mesh circular filter screens(76 Strainer) with 20 mesh+150 mesh+12/64 mesh, textile circular mesh, 304 multi-layer filter screens, and stainless steel filter screens. They are fixed by stacking and welding and are mainly used for filtering textile raw materials. Different mesh combinations can meet different filtering requirements.

The above picture shows the front and back of a three-layer mesh (circular multi-layer mesh with a total diameter of 76mm), which are sandwiched in the middle by a 150 mesh Filter Screen. The two sides are arranged in the order of 12/64 mesh (60 mesh, similar to the mesh woven from diagonal lines) and 20 mesh Filter Screen, respectively. After stacking the stainless steel mesh, the three-layer stainless steel mesh is welded and fixed (see layering in the figure below).

The production wire diameter of stainless steel filter screen for textile machine is 0.4mm (20 mesh), and other optional specifications of 304 stainless steel wire are 0.3mm and 0.37mm (the diameter of the steel wire affects the overall thickness of the wire mesh).

The above picture is the back view of the wire mesh (20 mesh stainless steel filter). The packaging of stainless steel filters is usually transparent film, with 1000 pieces per bundle.
